My Body Funding, the investment platform of MY BODY GROUP ( https://www.mybodygroup.com/), offers individuals the opportunity to invest in health and wellness, remote consultation, fashion and design projects, and thus participate in the change of future work. The investments, entirely conducted online, are made through the subscription of bonds and/or unlisted shares, allowing individuals to invest directly in assets of innovative fields.

What you will do

By joining the team in charge of investor relations on MY BODY FUNDING, you will be able to:

  • Maintain records of investor interactions.

  • Process investor requests and file documents.

  • Assist in drafting and/or preparing contracts and investment documents.

  • Respond to all investor queries regarding available campaigns in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Ensure identification of our new investors by completing short KYC processes.

  • Update our internal databases with information.

  • Monitor investor complaints received on our customer support platform.

  • Handle multiple projects.

Who You are

  • A team player fluent in English. 

  • Experienced in customer support.

  • Excellent communicator with problem-solving skills and motivation.

  • Able to multitask.

  • Perspicacious in contact with the customer and patient when dealing with difficult cases.

  • Able to work independently when required.

  • Adaptable and efficient within the team dynamic. 

  • Familiar with our industry and aware of the implied professional ethics.

  • Graduate with a Bac or University diploma + 3/4 training in Business School.
